    Very slow. No one was watching the service point, there were at least two staff in the kitchen. I only got served when another customer who was waiting called through the hatch to the staff. There was no apology for the wait. They advertise the kids eat free deal and one person behind me was looking for that, but there was very little choice in the pic'n'mix.

    **Disappointing Customer Service Experience from the same staff member in the front desk During two separate visits to this establishment—first for lunch with my partner and later for breakfast after few days with kids—my experience was marred by consistently poor service from the staff member at the front desk/till. 1. **First Visit (Lunch)**: - The attendant displayed a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude, giving the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. - Despite attributing her behavior to potential fatigue during peak hours, her lack of engagement (no eye contact, minimal interaction) made the ordering process unpleasant. 2. **Second Visit (Breakfast)**: - The same individual exhibited even more pronounced rudeness—no greeting, visible disinterest, and a demeanor suggesting reluctance to assist. - When inquiring about breakfast, her response ("I’m still cooking; you’ll have to wait") was delivered with such indifference that it overshadowed the reasonable request for patience. While delays are understandable, the consistent lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and effort to engage with customers is unacceptable. A smile, eye contact, or a simple "good morning" would have significantly improved the interaction. I hope this feedback prompts reflection on staff training and customer service standards, as such attitudes can deter repeat business.

    Food was alright for the price you pay, but the other customers were absolutely feral. There was a father encouraging and joining in with his primary aged children shouting "we want food" and "we're number 14", which was loudly audible across the whole cafe. Staff did nothing to tell them to act appropriately. I can only assume they were there because of the free children's meals in half term. I finished eating and left as quickly as I could, as my ears were starting to bleed.

    First time eating here, lovely decor. Had the vegan breakfast which was fab, everything on the plate was delicious. My server Dan was very friendly. Tables were clean, only improvement I'd suggest is making sure chairs/booths are clean too.
