   Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Ordered and waited for 20 minutes without our drinks being made. Multiple people ordered and received their drinks. Ask where our drinks were and all they said was they had ran out of oat milk. They weren’t even going to acknowledge the fact we were waiting nor tell us they ran out oat milk. Absolutely shocking service and by far the worst Starbucks staff I have yet encountered.

   Do not go there. They use a company called National Parking Enforcement LTD. Very aggressive and will fine you with out notifying you and then pass on your details to a debt company by which time the fine is £100s of pounds. Read the reviews. I will not be drinking coffee in a place that does business with a company like this!!!

   ordered 2 frappes from here today, normally frappes come blended instead i receive a cup of ice with some milk and chocolate syrup. when your paying £7 for a drink you’d expect it to come as ordered. i tried calling 3 times but they never picked up, very disappointed.

   My food was warmed just right, my drink is perfect, I've just given 4/5 for atmosphere as its pretty quiet in here, yet there's very little clean tables to sit at. Lots of crockery and rubbish left everywhere. I do feel though that there could be more mention of everyone working together (customers and staff) to clear their tables before they leave. Maybe a nice looking tall wheeled trolley for dirty mugs and an arty wall sticker or picture in a frame to highlight where the recycling waste station is. Just an idea.

   I don’t frequently come to this shore but when I do it’s always good service. Alys, Ben & Leaja (maybe spelt wrong) served me and I had the new tiramisu drinks and some cakes. Very yummy and good service. There was another girl on drive thru but I didn’t catch her name

   Ordered online and received PLAIN MILK two times in a row.. and when I say plain milk, I mean literally plain milk with no trace of coffee whatsoever. If you make coffee for a living and you can't even do THAT right, I'm sorry but it's absolutely pathetic. If you would've made me a bad drink, I would at least say oh well, they tried. But you literally did not even bother to add coffee to my drink. And this is the second time, after I sent private feedback. So I'm pretty sure it was intentional. It's not our fault that you're doing a job you hate doing, so then we have to spend our money on your lousy drinks. Either do your job properly or just quit. Find a purpose in this world, people.

   Find the starbucks in town better - the drive through is definitely prioritised over those who order in, with the staff often serving those inside at the same time as the drive through people. Quite dirty this visit and waited 20mins+ for two drinks. Two other couples complained while we were there too. I get that there are bad hours/ days but we visit this Starbucks quite often because of its location and the staff never seem happy.

   A lovely cosy branch of Starbucks. It’s open 24hours and a great place to have late coffee and catch up with friends. This Starbucks is actually a drive through too, but does have seating inside which spacious and cosy. Staff are great and highly recommended
