   Coffee is fine, £1-2 more than other places. Such slow service though for the price, queues quickly form and there’s no visible effort by staff to actually speed anything up.

   Food was disgusting, the filling inside the panini was fatty and the bread was horrible. Service very busy, tables not cleared. Customers had to clear tables themselves to have a seat.

   A little pricey but the food is amazing. I had a strawberry milkshake which was just about average as any milkshake. My parents had a latte and a cappuccino that they both said were nice. The cafe is a little noisy (I visited at 1pm though so fair enough), and the view of the car park is a little chaotic.

   Ideally located inside of Next, can sit with view over shopping park and Cardiff City Stadium, do some people watching. Nice selection of drinks and snack, toilets located in Next a few feet away

   Sandwich counter empty, 3 members of staff behind counter chatting and seemed to want to continue chatting instead of serving us. Considering as I said there was 3 members of staff there were quite a few tables with used cups and plates left around. The whole place felt dirty and grimey. The glass panels looking down on to the shop below were dirty. Just everything looked like it needed a good scrub down and full clean. Won't be back.

   Literally I can't understand why this place is always dirty. The staff never clean down the tables and the overhead pipe next to the window has a thick cake of dust. I honestly can't wrap my head why the people employed here can't be bothered to clean the tables. Is there something I'm missing here?

   Lovely place to pop in for a coffee, clean and well staffed. Queues can sometimes be a bit long when busy, but not too bad, and window seats are great. Very convenient as a break from shopping

   Had a soya milk cappuccino and toasted teacake. Staff were friendly and it was busy for a Tuesday morning. There were a few uncleared tables and staff were discussing rotas quite loudly ... Time that could've been spent clearing tables. Covid precautions in place tho and pleasant view...Great for people watching
