Nice cosy little place, Good food & great friendly service. It's very popular as it has a reserved sign on most tables, so you might need to book in advance. Just don't get seated at the back as it smells of damp, full of cob webs and has a " outside toilet" feel to it. Which really spoils what is on 1st appearance a nice cafe.

Lovely place to eat or just have a drink. Vegan breakfast and Breakfast baguette were excellent. Cappuccino was great.
Came to Barry for some breakfast before heading off to the beach. I had the eggs Benedict with bacon. Have to say, probably the best eggs I’ve ever had. Both were super gooey and delicious, you can tell they source them fresh. Pleased to see that they source locally when they can! My friends had the veggie breakfast and she was amazed at the value for money - they really fill up your plate . Our servers were attentive and helpful and the food came out in no time. Would recommend
Fantastic cafe! Great coffee and breakfast. The owner was incredibly welcoming and very accommodating with our young children. Lovely atmosphere and a clearly well loved family business.
Had the large breakfast on my first ever visit. Not good. Didn't like the taste of the sausage. Had t request a steak knife to cope with tough bacon. Mushrooms swimming in oil. Over cooked fried egg. What's the old saying, one chance to make a first impression. And at nearly 12 quid with a pot of tea expensive to say the least. I appreciate costs are spiralling and difficult times ahead will make things even worse.
Really love this cafe. All the staff are lovely and the coffee is tasty. Great vegans options, can even make a vegan breakfast with sausages and butter - super delicious. The garden is beauiful when the weather is nice. Definitely worth a visit.
Excellent food with generous portions. My partner and I had the mushroom and spinach lasagna and the vegan lasagna (for £8.99 each). Both included salad, garlic bread and chips. It took about 20 minutes to prepare these dishes (which was ok), but if you want a quicker meal I recommend the sandwiches. The cafe was clean and tidy and the staff were very nice.
