Absolutely awful. Food was horrible, staff were blunt and rude. One staff member felt the need to tell me that her colleague was Muslim not sure why that was relevant. Never eating here again.
Basically limited food available. Empty void of stock Definitely need refurbishment only bonus kids eat for£1 but otherwise be 1 star
Breakfast menu. Food was not of any quality, eggs was hard, bacon fatty and my daughter found a hair in her egg but didn’t complain as she’d eaten most of her other food
Staff very slow , I mean really slow. Not helpful , cafe never has the menu always sold out and that's always . tea cakes and scones are buttered by the staff i asked why they said its margarine yuk disgusting, milk is in jug at the end of counter, warm watery milk. Just the worst ever. Really this is My Review for 5 years, hoping it will improve , but it doesn't unfortunately and asda should up its game people like proper coffee and paying prices of toasted sandwiches and paninies ike Costa prices is an insult with one star rating to you is shocking with orful cheap coffee with watered-down warm milk in a jug at the end of the counter. SORT YOUR SELVES OUT ITS A DISGRACE ASDA
Staff seem to ignore customer and cook food to order without a care of the wait time. Tables are filthy and couldnt see the cakes through all the condensation on the glass. Brought everything in a bottle and pre packed to avoid getting anything contaminated. Hygiene needs massive improvement. Dead insects all over the windows. Cant help but feel a tetanus shot might be needed. Either provide a service or dont open. (Would also like to know who the random women in a hoodie and sunglasses was cause she clearly is an employee who shouldnt be there on her day off talking and serving customer's)
