This is definitely my favorite pub in the area! Prices are reasonable, quality is good, amazing music and ambience. I highly recommend it
I enjoy visiting to hear the open meic music on a Tuesday evening. As I drive there, it is great they have a proper system for the Guinness zero.
Very nice and good and lovely. Chock a block full, karaoke later with some of the locals, and the karaoke man too, singing well enough to charm the birds out of their feathers, let alone the trees. Brilly willy iriz.
Lovely venue for a celebration! We hired the tap house which is just at the top of the beer garden. The pub owners were great and were very attentive making sure everything ran smoothly & everyone was fed! Lovely little space to decorate to your own taste, big screen to display personal photos/watch football & option to play your own music through speaker system. Thanks both ☺️
Such welcoming friendly staff and atmosphere we held are mums wake hear and we all couldn't have been more pleased nothing was to much for them to do for us, the food was gorgeous thay catered for children,vegetarian and celiac i would 100%recommend this place.
Crowded and very lively..... But it WAS Christmas. Great range of drinks and friendly staff. Dog friendly. Nicely old fashioned.
I used to be a regular here many years ago. It's not changed much in terms of the decor! There was a rugby game on the TV that was very loud and intrusive. However, the drinks prices are very keen and other regulars appeared very happy there.
They have a great back garden area with plenty of seating. We had a few pints and some nice food. The burger I had was excellent. The place is not upmarket but the food and beer was good and we enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful.
