   Carvery was lovely and didn't skimp on the servings at all like many do. There were eight in our party, all adults and we had two waiters checking on us, but not pushy just helpful. Wonderful atmosphere, nice that families with young children could sit separately and had room to play. Will definitely be back for a family meal. Lastly a word for the cakes, wow, we all took at least one home, too full to eat there but didn't want to miss out!!

   We had a family meal here on Sunday. 28 of us!! The staff were great, very friendly. The food was very good, I had the carvery. Unfortunately, where we were seated was next to the indoor children's play area! The noise was ridiculous! We were celebrating a 70th Birthday and most of us had travelled some distance and were catching up, news wise, with each other so trying to have a conversation was hard work because of the noise! It took the shine off our first visit there because everything else was great. The pub was extremely busy and the staff coped well and it was very organised. We will visit again on the proviso that we're not sat anywhere near the children's play area! That's why I've given 4 stars.

   Been here a few times now and I enjoyed each visit. Very nice quality food at a reasonable price. Possibly the most friendly and welcoming staffs. They have a children play area so perfect if you got kids. But usually quiet and cosy especially on weekday mornings. Love that I can order on the app due to my severe social anxiety.

   Amazing and polite staff. Always helpful and welcoming. The food is lush and so affordable! My friends and I always come here, and it's become our usually hang out spot for food and a chat. I am in love with their carvery. It may be an addiction. The cakes especially are out of this world, and it's only a bonus that we get to take a slice home every time!

   As we entered, we were politely greeted and quickly seated. We had the carvery both standard and vegetarian. They were both quite tasty, roast potatoes and mash weren't great while parsnips, cauliflower cheese, gravy and turkey were fantastic. Steph was friendly and helpful with the vegetarian options. Overall a good experience.

   Having visited a few times now and starting to become my fav carvery. The Cedar Tree is a lovely restaurant and bar with lots of table space for families and parties. The carvery is a great and the veg is always fresh with lots of selection. Recommended.
