   Absolutely amazing christmas day at the cherry orchard from the minute we walked in, we was greeted by such friendly staff where they showed us to our table, decorated beautifully! Fast food service considering how busy the restaurant was, food was incredible and portion sizes were healthy. staff couldn’t be anymore help they were great.

   Well, where do I start? Came with my wife’s family as a large group, first table wasn’t ready had to stand at the bar hanging round even though one of us was disabled and in a wheelchair, couldn’t order a drink at the restaurant Bar told us tab only, we finally went to our table no knives and forks laid out no crackers no serviettes, starter was edible probably because it didn’t need much cooking, and then thats when the horror of the Christmas lunch came out! The parsnips were white floppy and not cooked. The pig in blanket had no blanket and looked like the only heat it had seen was the heat of someone’s breath. Looked raw the turkey looked like it’s been scooped off someone’s left over plate and was grey instant mashed potato, bisto gravy soggy roast potatoes, soggy Yorkshire pudding and the whole meal was cold! And we had one sprout each on our plate we paid over £700 for this large party of us for Christmas which we look forward to all year and I’m complaining to Katie we were met with hostility attitude and rudeness will never ever return and will be taking this matter further with Head Office and trading standard 2015 as it wasn’t fit for purpose or what we paid for disgusting

   Staff were lovely, good came out impressively fast and portion size was spectacular. I would recommend coming back all staff were very accommodating and polite also well mannered. The food was extremely delicious and came out steaming hot. Just what you look for when going going for food. I have an allergy and felt safe eating here as the person who took my order also ran my food and repeated the allergy to myself which I thought was the best I’ve experienced in a restaurant with my severe allergy. We were a party of four and food all came out the same time which was nice. Will be coming back. Thank you!!

   We arrived later on a Sunday evening around 8pm. But the staff was very helpful in taking our order it was not a problem even though the kitchen was due to close. Very tasty for food our steaks was absolutely beautiful and cooked as ordered. Myself I had the Americano rump steak and it was the best tender steak I've had in a long time 5 *s weldone.

   Great place to be. Zara recommended a few dishes for us to try and they were great. She was lovely and nothing was too much. The food was absolutely amazing. Tom had cooked it to perfection for us. Will definitely be back

   Decent Marstons pub in Barry. The pub has a large car park. Inside is fairly big with lots of TV's showing sport. The food I ordered was fine and reasonably priced. There is a large outdoor eating and drinking space.

   We're very helpful,even explained that onion rings were cooked in same oil as scampi, as my cousin can't eat onions,gave her the chance to change her order . Lovely food, my mother's fish was huge and she enjoyed it enormously

   We went for the Thursday burger and pint special. The Ultimate Burger was delicious but our dessert was forgotten and after we enquired about it, they had run out of two items we wanted. The main meal came out very quickly but not the dessert. I'm hoping this is a once off as it looks like a nice place and the food was good.

   Very little vegan choices- they didn't have any vegan cheese available when I went despite it being on the menu. Paltry amounts of sides and the onion rings tasted of fish. Needless to say, I won't be returning here.
