Got a cancellation and my daughter was seen a day later after asking our dentist to refer us afew times as my daughter has autism and they was fantastic with a plan to go ahead, they was patient and helped us to make her at ease and the receptionist was lovely x
My daughter who was 14 at the time of referral, has been waiting almost 11 months for her treatment way before the covid outbreak. She has special circumstances surrounding her dental problems which also means the pain she is in is more than normal and also has kidney problems so cannot take as much pain relief as she needs. This so called Dental practice took ages in sorting anything out in the first place because the communication was so bad and now she is still waiting in agony for her extractions. They have offered no advice or help whatsoever in regards to pain relief or other options available and the receptionist doesn’t listen to what you’re saying she just fobs you off with ‘it’s because of covid’ then refusing to talk any further. Really bad service here and they don’t care about their patients at all!
