   Phoned up and booked a van in for class7 mot. When I arrived, the Luton van was too high for their workshop and even though I told them what the vehicle was when I booked it in, it was my fault for not knowing they can only do small class 7's. Won't be back.

   Paid for an MOT and service, had no advisories and 4 weeks later needed new brake pads as they were grinding. They didn’t even change the engine oil so not really sure what they did for the service, other than change the air filter. Wouldn’t use again.

   I booked my car in for a mot 2 weeks ago, turned up and they said it wasn’t booked it. Brilliant….. The man obviously wanted to go home and didn’t care that my mot was going to expire the following day. This has caused me a huge inconvenience, used them last year and couldn’t fault them. Will never use them again.
