Absolutely awful. Rang on the Monday to get into Newport inside 10 days , was told they had nothing but could het me into Cardiff for the Friday for a 1 hr waiting m.ot. slot . When we got there , this actually took 3 hrs and when somebody finally deemed to talk to us we were told it had failed but there was nothing they could do becausethey were under cyber attack and could order no parts. Ordinarily, I wouldn't be concerned but they were under cyber attack when I booked in and they said nothing about being unable to order parts. You have wasted my time and I will not be back.
