   Had a front headlight bulb out, went on line saw they were offering a pair of 200% brighter bulbs fitted for £45. Decided to go as couldn't be doing with the faff of changing them myself, so asked at the desk and was offered another £5 off if I joined their auto club. The bulbs were changed off I went great service no problems.

   3 staff members, absolutely no interest in assisting me at all, despite asking twice. Couldn't even be bothered to tell me if they actually sold what I was looking for. (If you can't find it we haven't got it)

   Attempted to cancel an online order 45 minutes after making it but the option wasn't available. Was advised to reject the delivery but delivery driver said this wasn't an option as I answered the door. 4 online chats 4 DHL pick up times given but no show. 7 calls made to halfords and promised a manager would contact me by phone but as of now no phone call recieved. 2 attempts to return product to my local store but store deny the return because no number was issued by management, £40 taxi cost wasted. £300 of my money locked away in halfords with very little help from any customer helping and all on the run in to christmas. Worst shopping experience of my life

   Absolutely top service from Gary today from the time we walked in made a couple of jokes as I was looking vw toy, had to pick my sons bike up today and he showed me everything that needs to done to maintain the bike top class customer service... I wanted mud guards fitted and at this time of year I can understand how busy retail is and how it sets you back but Gary was more than happy to fit them for me Everything is top marks on the bike all has been fitted correct bike are fantastic just got to show it off Xmas day now highly recommend going to Gary for top class customer service He's a lovely person and asset to Halfords Please pass this message onto him please

   Handy Shop in Llantrisant. The Staff are Extremely Helpful & Friendly. Ive been using Halfords products for Years and Never had any Issues. Plenty of Choices at Different Prices. Tend to go for better quality, You only get what you pay for. Very Happy.

   Dreadful experience. Went today to collect a new bike. Watched two employees drag the box from the back to the front of the store. On inspection, the forks were badly scratched where the box had worn through. Staff unfriendly, unhelpful, and to quote, “cycle to work isn’t worth the hassle”. On top of this they try to upsell bike care, when they can’t be trusted to present a new boxed bike for collection. Replacement ordered, so hopefully will have a bike to collect at some point. !!Please, don’t reply with your boilerplate response and useless support link!!
