   My turbo blew on my car. (Which was a result of the filter not being cleaned out on wet belt change) Took it to a good garage. Said it was lucky my turbo went bang! Cam belt was slipping off 10,000 miles after the second time it had been done there. They said it had been bodged for a long time. Silicone everywhere instead of gaskets. Wrong bolts. Don’t take your care there….

   Have used the company periodically for 30 years with only one previous poor experience. Last visit for an mot was the final straw. Mot tester broke the handbrake cable and swore he wasn't responsible. Upon speaking to him he decided to shout his innocence continually and embarrassing himself and other customers.. The company originally agreed to replace the part at their cost, all arranged, then backtracked and asked me to go through 'the correct legal channels '. Here they now are with a bad review and a report to dvsa. Genuine unavoidable bad experience and review. Avoid at all costs.

   Loyal customer for over 12 years . Lower ball joint problem. 2 fitted on off side 1 fitted on near side .Life of Ball joints is acceptable at between 2000 and 9000miles apparently . Lot of money over life of car. Time to try elsewhere.
