   It was our first time coming here for acrylic my daughter is blind already had a really bad experience with other nail salon in broadway she was really scared to try new but I helped her out I told her and don’t worry this one is going to be good experience but it looked horrible very messy and nail shape is wrong too she asked for round and it looks square she is so upset and when I told them it’s very messy she said just wash your hands but jell is all over on her tips and her fingers are bleeding too we had a very bad bad experience never coming back and when we asked them to take it off because we are not happy we have to wait for half an hour they should have done it straight away my daughter anxiety is over the moon just because they don’t know how to do their job and still have to wait

   Been going here for years but is not the same anymore. my nails today are a mess! Thick like hooves! white around the edges looks like the colours rubbing off. skin cut around the nail on 2 fingers so is sore.staff chatting between each other and so slow. girl doing my nails at one point was on her phone the whole time too. Time to find a new nail bar I'm afraid

   Horrible service I showed them a picture and they did the complete opposite they were so bad I asked them to take them of. I don't recommend coming here And terrible service I waited for ages and people that just came got to go before me?? Workers were shouting

   Went in for some nails, needs somewhere quick and last minute, mentioned not to put a nail on a certain finger as I lost my real nail, acknowledged and said okay then immediately put one on, then cut my finger whilst filing, causing me to bleed, switched to someone else to finish off my nails, new person then filed and re-opened the cut made 10 minutes ago, extremely painful. No discount or anything as an apology. Awful customer service, not recommended

   Never had an issue with my nails whenever I go here for a set of acrylics, I am always left happy as well as my design comes out better than I have expected. The staff are so kind and welcoming hopefully next time I can afford to tip them !! :)

   Horrible service. Charged me £5 extra for powder when I didn't even use the powder. The whole gel service is appauling, they don't use a base coat, they don't shape or clean cuticles, they over filed the base of my nail causing pain to my nail. They didn't let my nail gel dry. Every time I questioned something they spoke in a different language, which was very intimidating. Would never return.

   Went for white tips, Tina did my nails but another customer was asking for her so she completely rushed my nails. She filed them down so much they was bleeding. I told another lady and she just put some alcohol on one of my nails that was bleeding. My nails are so sore and painful and wasn’t given an apology. Do not recommend this place will not be returning!
