   I had an appointment for an extraction with my regular dentist, but was in quite a bit of pain, and the date for treatment date was too far away. I phoned 111 for an emergency appointment and they said Bell Green dentist would contact me the next day, which they did. The staff member who called me was very friendly and helpful and said I could come over at 11am and they would fit me in. I believe it was Dr Hussain who I saw and he was excellent. Made me feel at ease, talked me through the process and was very diligent in checking and making sure with me the tooth area was completely anaesthetised and I was feeling no pain before doing any work. I was nervous about going for an extraction, and also it because it was a dentist I haven’t been to before, but I was really happy with the treatment I received, and very grateful for them being able to give me an appointment! Thank you!

   Had a check up yesterday and was a brilliant experience. Very kind and informative, answered any questions I had and very respectful. I felt like the approach to the treatment planning was very ethical, focused on my oral health and best interests. Would definitely recommend to anyone without hesitation.

   I had a dental emergency today and called the clinic around 11 AM, just hoping they could fit me in. They booked me for 2 PM the same day, which already took a lot of stress off. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, organised, and simple. The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind and easy to talk to. They explained what was going on in simple terms, the procedure was quick and smooth, and I felt looked after the whole time. One thing I really appreciated is how honest they were. They didn’t try to push anything extra or make things sound more serious than they were. They just told me exactly what needed to be done and kept it straightforward which is rare and so refreshing. I’ve been to a few other dental places in the area and around the city, and none of them made me feel as comfortable or confident as this one. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere in the area, this visit honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone. If you want a team that’s honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients, this is the place to go. Outstanding Dental Care. Highly Recommended!

   I have never had a bad experience since attending this dentist. My first appointment was an emergency appointment, had never been there before. I was offered to come down and wait around prebooked customers but was seen in the hour. I chose then to make it my new dentist.    Three weeks ago I plucked up courage to have one of m chipped Rt. molar tooth extracted after suffering a whole year ! The Dentist Hussain was very helpful and explained everything before and during the procedure. I appreciate he had to make big efforts with the help of his assistant to extract it. I am well relieved and duly healed. Thank you.

   I needed an urgent appointment as I was going on holiday the following morning and my usual dentist couldn't give me an appointment..Dr Hussain was wonderful..calm friendly and explained everything to me..gave me an x-ray and treatment on the spot..all the staff are very friendly too...would recommend!!!

   Excellent Woke up Saturday Morning with a tooth ache, worst pain ever. Called the Dentist at 12:15 and was given an appointment ASAP. Drove there by 1:15 I was resolved. No more pain. Had a tooth taken out , nice simple process. Cannot recommend these chaps enough. Much appreciated. Andy

   Thank-you so much for all help over last few weeks. Absolutely terrified of dentist but needed to go. Dentist was understanding, kind and patience. Bert friendly staff and dentist guy. Would highly recommend. If your terrified of the dentist this is the place to go. So understanding.open 7 days a week which is a bonus to some people.
