   Good honest mechanics. My CLS Shooting Brake went in for engine oil and transmission oil change. I was pretty sure my rear discs were warped, and they managed to swap out my discs and pads on the same day. Good price too on Pagids. Thanks Guys.

   I’m happy to say this is one of the most professional garages in Cardiff and South Wales. I recently took my car there for the first time, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Every part that needed replacing was clearly broken down and explained to me. The prices were more than fair, and they even took some money off the final bill for specific parts. Despite it being my first visit to A1 Diagnostics, they treated me like a long-standing customer. Great job, guys. I can’t recommend them enough.

   Excellent! I can’t recommend this garage enough. Had to have quite a bit of work done on my 14yr old car. One of the jobs was linked to sensors and wiring - which no other garage would touch. I’m so grateful for A1’s professionalism and value for money, That’s how customer should be done. Thanks again to Mohammed for keeping me up to date. Definitely using these guys again.

   I used this place to service my pride and joy and they used an external valeting company to collect my car. Not only did they curb my alloy in front of me, after they returned it and left immediately, I found damage to my driver side rear quarter and bumper. They denied causing the damage but this garage reviewed their CCTV and caught the valeting company curbing my wheel but they then decided to defend these morons. After several messages and providing proof the damage was not there before they were in possession of my vehicle, they promised to rectify the issue but have only ignored my responses !! I will never use or recommend this place !! They have no respect of their customers property and the staff joy ride around in peoples prized possessions !!

   Total rip off stay away !!! Just to make the story short, they kept my car 2 days there so at the end they gave me a piece of paper where they wrote every single word i told them about my problems before leaving the car to them and charge me 100£ they have all the tools for nothing if they dont know how to use them

   Excellent service, they've fixed 2 separate issues on my Range Rover including door locking system faulting and start/stop button not working, both with a very quick turn around time (1 day). Reliable, friendly and they know exactly what they're doing. I wouldn't hesitate in taking your car here before going to the expense of the main dealer.

   I took my BMW to this garage to get it diagnosed after certain electrical systems stopped working, they told me that the footwell module needed to be replaced and quoted me £766, this was alot more than I thought it would be but I assumed it was still cheaper than what BMW would charge so I told them to go ahead and fix it, out of curiosity I called BMW anyway and they quoted me £550 for the exact same repair, I left the car with A1 for repair since they already had it and it would have been inconvenient for me to take it out and move it to BMW, they had also told me that a second hand footwell module could not be fitted and reprogrammed to the car however after the bad service I received I looked it up on Google and apparently this is not the case, there are places that repair/install second hand FRM's for a huge amount cheaper, the icing on the cake is that they had also badly damaged one of my alloy wheels, it looks like it was curbed and that whoever did it didn't stop moving until the entire edge of the rim was damaged, it will now need sanding, filling and respraying, A1 has denied doing the damage and even said that they checked their CCTV and that the car was never parked close to anywhere where the damage could be done, this is clearly not true as when I got into the car to drive it away the passenger side mirror was facing the floor, if someone had not parked close to anything they would have had no need to move the mirror, I believe someone adjusted the mirror to see whatever it was they were scraping the wheel on and forgot to move it back to it's original position. Best to avoid this garage if you don't want to get over-charged, lied to, and have your car given back with damage which they will deny doing. Thanks for nothing A1, I'm sure Bosch will really appreciate having you represent their brand like this.

   Good service and polite/helpful staff, offered a coffee and my car was ready by lunch time. When I got home I was disappointed to find the bottom of the car hadn't been cleaned well. Marks still visible and could see where the cleaning cloth had and hadn't been,and the windscreen still had marks on it. Boot wasn't cleaned (I left a few things in there so that was possibly why). For a full service costing over 300 I would expect a sparkling car at the end of it.

   Had a clutch fitted on my Nissan Note. I was quoted just under £465 to do and whilst not the cheapest was a lot cheaper than the local Nissan dealer. The car was dropped in just past midday hoping for it to be completed the same day. Unfortunately it wasn't but it was ready..just in time as I needed the car back for a service elsewhere . It was ready n time and they did a perfectly good job. A star lost because I had to chase them regarding the collection time but otherwise ok.
