   I had my teeth cleaned, st the Shergill Dentists, but i have an ulcer in my mouth, The Dentist ladies need to sterilize their tools more regularly, when using them on different people for polishing and cleaning gums. As i have just got an ulcer from bacteria from these tools used in my mouth. Thought i would let the staff be aware.

   I've been with this dental practice for over 20 years, and have always been impressed with the service they provide. In particular though, I'd like to give praise to my own dentist there, Dr Ahmed. He is thorough, dedicated and professional. He makes sure my appointments are worth the visit. Thanks.

   Today I was in desperate need for an emergency appointment. I called this dentist to explain my situation and they were so helpful. I was booked in with ease with the on site dentist and when I arrived I was straight in. Considering it is BH Monday I was even surprised that they were even pen let along getting an appointment. DR Ahmed was amazing and so was nurse Ruhi. Honestly I never think to write a for a medical or dental appointment however they were so helpful and really saved me from lots of pain that I felt the need to recognize this best I can. Thanks you to both of you sacrificing your bank holiday to help your patients, Anyone looking for a dentist I'd highly recommend Dr Ahmed.

   Absolute shambles of a service. Attended my given appointment to see the hygienist to be told she wasn't in today. Driving back home I received another text message telling me to contact the dental surgery as I was due a checkup, which was bizarre as I had one the day before ! In my opinion there are too many staff members behind the reception desk inputting data with no cohesion.

   Rude, the dentist does not take simple questions from patients lightly. When asked the answer is, "there are plenty of other dentists nearby happy for you to go". Every patient has the right to ask standard treatments under nhs and not reply with a wall of arrogance.
