   I had a truly positive experience at this practice. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally kind, considerate, and reassuring, which meant a great deal to me as I was very nervous throughout—particularly as the appointment was regarding composite bonding on my front tooth. Dr. Catherine Myatt took the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushed me, and was genuinely attentive to all my concerns. Her calm and thoughtful approach made a big difference, and I’m very much looking forward to my next appointment with her.

   I have been a patient at BC Dental Practice for a number of years . I have had to have treatment with Dr Ashley Davenport. I have found him to be non- judgemental, empathetic when needed. He is incredibly kind and patient but extremely professional delivering the tasks that were required for myself through lack of maintenance on my part. I would not consider going to another Dentist despite the fact I live in Kenilworth. All the staff are warm, pleasant and friendly . Also, hygienist Lorna Ogilvie is fantastic with her kindness and practical approach .

   Excellent and professional attention at all times. I first used Ashley over 7 years ago for my fixed braces and tooth implant.    Positive first visit. From the receptionists to the dental nurses and the dentist herself, all were kind, considerate and professional. I had a few issues that needed sorting out from a previous dentist and Catherine explained exactly what needed doing, solved one issue on the spot and I am booked in for the extraction I need. I can be very nervous but felt completely at ease and not rushed. So pleased I am now with this practice. Thank you.

   Ashley who owns the practice has always been excellent in the 30 years that I have been seeing him. He is efficient and always produces an excellent finish. Before he does anything he always explains exactly what is involved and will answer any questions and the price. I don’t like dentists but Ashley is very understanding of how best to make you comfortable. Also he is not totally money oriented it is about your care and what is best for you and what you can afford at the time. I would only see him because of his skill and the friendly atmosphere at his practice.

   I was happy to get an appointment as a new patient within a week of calling at Balsall Common, especially as three other practices either turned me away, ignored me or hung up on me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was seen by Dr Catherine Myatt and I really appreciated being listened to. She explained all my options, we discussed them and then she promptly resolved my problem. They were also able to accommodate my request to have my retainer delivered for an extra cost, as I don't live near the practice. Thank you so much!

   I have just finished my implant work, with Ashley Davenport. Great service throughout. The implants themselves didn't hurt one bit, and I would certainly go back, if I ever needed more. They are a wonderful team, and would recommend them to anyone that was thinking of getting implants.

   I started as a patient at Balsall Common dental practice back in October and had a great experience. I began with clear aligners, that I wore for 6 months, followed by gum contouring and composite bonding. Staff were very helpful and quick with setting my appointments. Throughout my treatment Ashley explained everything and gave me advice on what can be done to improve my teeth. Now my smile is transformed at a reasonable price and I am very happy.
