   5 stars all the way!!! Brilliant. My splash guard recently became detached . I dropped in to Kwik Fit Penarth Road garage to book my car in. The boys were incredibly helpful. Fitted me in there and then. Fixed my issue on the spot! No wait and no charge! Fantastic customer service! Would recommend this garage to anyone. I live in an area with an abundance of garages but I would always choose this garage now! Great service. Thank you so much.

   Really appreciate the time that this branch took to look at my aunts puncture late on a Wednesday night. Was up visiting my cousin ( who recently moved here for uni) and found ,when leaving, a nail in our rear tyre! Googled the nearest kwik fit and took it there to get checked out. Repaired it super quick and was off on our 2 hour journey home. I can’t exsplain how grateful I am, how helpful and quick they were.

   One of my tires started deflating on Sunday, my regular Toyota garage could not gurantee they could repair that day and I had to call Monday morning. After checking round this garage had plenty of slots from 2pm, and it was booked and paid for online. When i got there it was quite busy but once my car was in, it was done and repaired within 30 minutes. Chad and Chris were amazing, they could not identify the issue (possible a tiny puncture) so they double checked everything, inspected all my tires and rims to make sure nothing else was causing it. Very efficent and really appreciated them sorting this out for me so timely and saved me headache in the morning before work. Deffo would go again if i have issues. Excellent service, thanks guys!

   Keith and Paul were really helpful. Driving up from west wales I had a shaking through the steering wheel, they fitted me in although they were booked sorted out the judder and rang me to let me know I could pick the car up. Excellent service, highly recommended. Thank you

   The other day I had an encounter with Paul the manager at Kwik Fit Penarth Road. I needed to bring my van in for servicing. During my telephone conversation me and Paul discussed a service on my van and the best cause of action to take around my current financial situation and the best way to financial pay for my service. My telephone call with Paul was most delightful and I felt that the service I was being given was catered to my needs. I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and I look forward to dropping my van off soon.

   Fantastic service from Joe and Keith! I have used this garage on a number of occasions most recently booking an MOT and Service. Upon arriving at the garage I was greeted with a warm welcome by the team who were expecting my car and knew what it was booked in for. I was briefed on the service to be carried out and reassured I would receive prompt updates should any additional work be required. I was later contacted by Keith who provided a full rundown of my service and MOT. He advised me of my low battery and even emailed me photos as proof of the test results. He answered all my questions on car maintenance, provided good advice and reassured me my car was all up to date on this! Thank you to the Penarth team for your professional service, from start to finish the whole experience was exceptional! I would recommend this garage to all, they know their stuff and go above and beyond to meet all your car needs!

   I phoned first thing this morning regarding my car to see if I could bring my car into the branch as my car was making a funny noise. They said I could bring it down as soon as I finish work. Arrived at the branch and Craig knew what I was coming in for. I didn’t wait long and then Shane took over and dealt with the issue. My car was all sorted and happily drove off without making any noise. Highly recommended this branch and Shane and Craig was great. Thank you both!
