   I’m not too sure about how much outside wash and dry is , I was told it was £7 but ended getting charged £10 . There should be a price board in the front so that no one can cheat the prices .

   I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience at this tyre shop. I went in to get a tyre replaced, and while they did change the tyre, they didn’t bother to properly check if everything was in order. When I got home, I noticed there was an issue with the tyre nozzle. I went back the next day, expecting them to fix what should’ve been checked the first time, but instead, they charged me again just to change the nozzle! When I questioned it, they simply said it’s “not their responsibility” to check if the tyre is OK after installation. Seriously? This place is highly expensive, and the customer service is terrible. They clearly don’t care about doing a thorough job or treating customers fairly. I won’t be coming back – and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this shop too.

   4 years ago I came here with my ford focus and I saw that they do cheaper tire so I decided to try and they charge you extra for the tire to last longer that what’s they told me and it did not last long then I came for a car wash that time it was £5 for a car wash and they did not clean the hole car once they were done they told me the car is all done then I saw a bit was not washed and they refused to clean the bit they missed some of the staff are friendly and some are rude and on my tire I don’t know what they use but they damaged the part when you remove to change the tire, then 4 years later a gave this place another go got there for 8:55 am for the 9am open so I can get it done they opened at 915 am the man kept me waiting he said I will be with you in a bit and I was thinking why is he taking so long got out of the car and he was sitting on a chair not very professional at all.

   I have been going here for years with both my cars. Today was a shambles...I went to get a tyre changed but 10 minutes after they said the tyre they had was no good. The owner then said he needs to go to the shop to get a tyre...40 minutes later he returns with no sorry or anything!! I couldn't even drive off as the tyre was already off the car. This really annoyed me as if they would have told me the time then I would have gone somewhere else but the fact I was forced to stay there added to the anger. No discount either when paying...again I am not expecting mega bucks but from a good business sense it would have made the customer a bit more happier and cost them pennies. In total 1 hour 5 minutes I waited and made me late for further plans. I have been loyal to this place and even in hot weather drop some cold drinks to them and I have recommended this place to so many people but I will not be returning so they have definitely lost me as a customer and word of mouth from me.

   Never again. Persuaded me to have 4 tyres. Didn't tell me that he has to go and get them , took 25 mins, late for work. Messed up my evening.

   Replaced 4 tyres from them (all new). The balancing was not done. I went back 3 times and still no solution. No apology. Went to my mechanic and he discovered one of the rear tyres was the wrong way round. And due to the vibration my front discs are warped now. I would never go back to them even if that was the only place open. They have no understanding of safety. When you pay for something you should get the service. Not in this place.

   Good carwash if you have time to waste. Boys were washing other cars that come in after mine. Used to buy fairly used tires from here but tires i bought here always usually have a problem. Always leaking by the rim even though there was no puncture. They told me it's not their tyres but my rims. Merc rims are not cheap. Thank my stars I didn't believe this. Since i bought brand new Bridgestone tires from somewhere else, I have had no more issues. Advice - don't buy fairly used tires from here. I found it more expensive in the long run.

   First of all I got over charged. Advertised £10 and charged me £20. Left swirl marks all over the car. Atleast £2500 on the paint work. I asked them not to use acid yet they still did. Workers were rude and pushy. Wish I had checked previous reviews. Not recommend this place!

   The Service is great, by using grime remover, tyre cleaner, soap, pressure washer. The Price was £10 before, now it's £15. The price is getting expensive than before. After a month's time, the car needs a wash again
