An excellent place to visit for hardware everything under one roof. Disabled access. If what you want I sent in stock they can order it in for you on specialized items.
It is an excellent shop with great prices and friendly staff. For hardware tools, forged iron bits, bolts and screws, etc. Highly recommend
I've lived in the area for over 20 years and if you are looking for a great selection of hardware and excellent service provided by friendly, knowledgeable staff, look no further! Excellent location and never a problem getting parked right outside either. If Pickard do not have something in stock or cannot order something, you must be building something mighty unusual!
Ordered on a Tuesday - arrived early the following day. Not the biggest or most valuable order - but was sent via courier and - for a fragile item - was packed outstandingly well. Price was 50% lower than another online competitor and the comms prior to purchase were friendly, accurate and prompt. With this attention to detail and customer service - cannot fault this company. Put them in charge of running the country! ;-)
The service from pickards is second to one, my experience is they are the most helpful company I have ever dealt with highly recommended, nothing is too much trouble
All the staff at Pickard Hardware store in Keighley are the most obliging and stand out from the rest of the local stores. Over the years I have always been to them for advice, and they have always been very informative and helpful. They always do anything and everything to please their customers and do their upmost to find a solution for your problems without a charge!
I needed some door furniture for a kitchen - door knobs & cup handles. Pickards had a wide range and great prices. One of the lines I needed didn't have enough in stock - no problem "it will be in on Tuesday". Friendly & polite service. Recommended.
Excellent selection of tools, mongery and lorinery... just had the best hour of the last week, looking at... oo and I'll have o e of them! Great, knowledgeable staff especially that young lady. Thanks for all your assistance
