Staff were very polite and helped me find the right tube bulb size. Prices were much cheaper—nearly half the cost compared to B&Q. I also bought an extra bulb that i did not end up needing and they exchanged it with no quibble. Great service!
Poor, went in to cancel an order that was arriving the day after a week ago, was told by a customer service colleague he'd cancel my order and I'd be refunded. A week later, no refund and messages talking me to go collect my order. The order wasn't a lot of money, £3.01, but it probably cost me more calling up customer services on an 0333 number from my mobile for a 6 minute call to cancel my order. All in all it was only £3, but I've probably not even got that back in the run around calling customer services and originally driving to the Keighley Screwfix wasting fuel in the process. A complete waste of time and exceptionally poor customer service. I'll be going to the Bingley/Crossflats store next time, as never had any issues with them.
Went in to collect my order and was given half of it. Went outside and checked my texts and it should have been 3 parts. So I went back in and he said "did you forget something?". I said yes the rest of my order. He said it's not here I've already told you. I asked to speak the to other guy in store who found it straight away so he gets 5 ⭐s

The easiest return process I have ever encountered in a physical store. No quibbling at all and had it all sorted within 2 minutes. Lady who served me was very polite and got me another item which will be delivered next day. Great experience.
Fantastic the staff are amazing i believe the lad is the manager or assistant manager think Jack was his name but always smiling credirto your store.

Brilliant first time ove used screw fix. I ordered and paid online. They sent me a text when my order was ready. There were quite a few people in the queue but I didn't have to wait long. Quick and simple will definitely useagain
