Been coming here for years, very helpful with what ever I need and if he hasn’t got it in store he will try his best to get it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 stars from me.
You can always find what you need...and if you don't the staff are more than helpful at getting it ordered for you.
Waheed is a great bloke, if he's not got it in he will do his upmost to get it for you . He's even loaned me tools instead of buying them. thank you for All your help
Always have everything I need for anything DIY. Even if he doesn't have it in he will get it for you . There have been a few times when I have not been 100% on what I need and he always explains what I need and how to do it. They are more than just a DIY shop and would recommend they to anyone .
Scammers. Reported posing as Wibsey DIY online. Order summary from 3rd party email. Challenged. Ignored. Website gone.... same site with same ads now posing as adl homestore. Nick yer money and disappear. Report to Action Fraud and National.Cyber Crime. Wibsey DIY does not have a website and has alerted their customers that scammers are posing as them online.

Great customer service and product knowledge by Waheed. I would have give 5 stars, but the lady that's usually behind the counter let's the place down. She's more interested in chatting to her friends than serving customers. No point asking her where something is...she will just wave her hand in the general direction without even breaking from her chat with her friends. I honestly dread seeing her there when I pop in to buy something. It's a big relief to see Waheed there.
