   First time going and all I can say is What an amazing Salon! They were really knowledgeable about my type of hair and what would aid my insecurities, upon entering it was just so incredibly warm and welcoming it wasn’t at all pretentious I felt comfortable immediately! I can say with 100% certainty I will definitely use this salon moving forward.

   Better customer service. On the 18th of September I tried to book an appointment through their Facebook page. Waited a week for a reply, so messaged them back. Received a message back with an apology and was booked in for 10 am Thursday 7th October. Turned up for the appointment at 10 to 10, and was told that my appointment was for 11am instead of 10. I sat down and found my messages from the hairdressers and showed them the booking, even showed a Customer sat next to me the message, definitely booked for 10, not 11. They made me doubt myself and that I’d got the time wrong. I was also told that I should have called and not booked it through the internet. My fault again? I work a late shift and got up earlier than I normally would so that I wouldn’t be rushing to get to work. I haven’t had my hair cut at a hairdressers for over 2 years, and I trawled the internet for a local salon with high reviews. I was so looking forward to to having a wash, cut and blow dry. They did ask whether I could wait until 11, but I was so angry, and when I said that I’d got up extra early to make the appointment one of the stylists said, “well I’m here until 8 at night”. The other stylist said it was just human error. No offer of a cuppa while I wait. Not the Adorable Hairdressers as I’d hoped, but The Abominable Hairdressers.
