   An incident happened today in store in the self serve area where a lady was putting her purchase in her shopping bag and the bag broke, The poor lady burst into tears I consoled her as she just broke her bottle of champagne and that was the straw that broke the camels back. And this lovely sainsbury lady staff member came over told her not to worry and replaced the damaged item. I want Sainsbury management to know she was brilliant caring and consoled the lady customer. Verbal bouquet to this lovely staff member. And to sainsbury management you need to put a little something in her Christmas stocking. As a on looker who deals with customer for years she was exceptional. Hence why I'm writing this.

2. Workshop Racing ★★★★★

   The young lady named Sumaria was very helpful at the tils, self checkouts. I was stuck with a product and she helped me understand and also helped me with the product. Its nice to be helped by someone kind and professional. You dont get that with other supermarkets. I live in Bradford but because of my interaction with Sumaria today, i will move my weekly shop to this store. I will also recommend this particular store to all my friends and family. Thank you Sumaria and team halifax. JM

   Tried to return my trousers (no receipt purchased on my nectar card) dawn on customer service, I to explained to her I purchased on the nectar card you’ll find the transaction on there. She didn’t know how to key in the nectar card number to check when the purchase was made. I then had explained to her you have to key the number in, it in it won’t just scan. In the mean time she called sue the manager then realised I was right and explained to sue dawn needs the training and then sue looked at me a bit funny as if I was talking in a different language, both made it very awkward with my return. Poor customer service from both staff members. Not very approachable friendly and extremely rude attitude. Got the return done at then end, didn’t need the whole drama from dawn. I recommend customer skill training and software training. Kindness is free.

   The staff here are tremendously helpful! They're rejigging the layout atm so it's a bit chaotic. They have excellent choice, delicious fresh food and everyone is friendly and lovely

   Out of all the Supermarkets I have Visited, this Sainsbury's has far been the Best Experience! Their choice of Wine is Superb-Instore (Initially Ordered Online which wasn't such a Great Experience) but Instore, the Staff were very very Helpful and it felt so, weirdly Peaceful? It wasn't Stressful, put it that Way. The Staff all seemed to enjoy each Others Company, it felt like a Family, which was nice to Experience. In Regards to the Store though, it was HUGE! A Pharmacy, Lots of Toiletries, Clothes. Very Impressed. I will Most Certainly be Back. Especially to Explore their Plant-Based Range!

   Managed to find most things. No newspapers, well they were there but no one had unpacked them again .Liss of £5.80 to them hence only 3 stars.The fruit and veg were good as you would expect. What I didn't expect was to hear and see a Robin .Beautiful sound really brightened my morning .

   Good selection of produce. Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced considering current economic climate! Only complaint would be the car park. Poorly laid out, with very small spaces. OK if you have a compact car, not if you have a 4x4
