It's ok with a fair range of products within offers. Not all products were cheap, compared to other outlets...though bargains were there. Like similar outlets, the number of staff, trolleys and stock movement issues was quite high.
I just think it's really unorganised and I find it difficult to find anything where I'm finding myself aimlessly wandering through the aisles not even knowing what to look for. I prefer the smaller Iceland in town.
Older woman who works the till is incredibly rude. Making comments to my mother who is disabled and has limited mobility “atleast you can’t run” public humiliation isn’t in. My mum was left being laughed at by a group of people from this comment. I went in to speak to the lady personally and just let her know the comment was rude but she compeletly blanked me. Manager stated this isn’t the first time this week… to leave it with him. Well if this is how your staff are being maybe there needs to be something in place.
Good prices on products and friendly staff.
Not bad for your small shops. Similar to Farmfoods with variety but if u need to do a large shop then your gonna need one of the big 4.

The prices for their frozen food is very competitive with some great offers IF you can take advantage of them , these are great for families but not sp good for couples who dont have big freezers. Some of the fresh vegetables are dearer than elsewhere.
Its ice land what can we say. The store was clean and well stocked, the staff was friendly and helpful. The young lad on the till did his bit with a smile and some friendly small talk. Over all a pleasant experience. But come on its shopping. At least they did there best to make you smile and make sure you had everything you need or wanted at the time. Would I go back? Cause I would! We all got to eat.
