   Wow, just wow! Can see why this shop has so many 1 star reviews! Loads of issues of course blamed everyone else throughout. (The sender didn't stick on the label straight, inpost have edited things behind the scenes, that they must send another collection code). Main issue is the parcel wasn't scanned in to the shop (not following process, confirmed from inpost whilst in-store on the phone with them) Eventually managed to get the system to work. Inpost confirmed status as collected but for whatever arbitrary she refused to hand over the parcel. Literally, inpost on the phone told her there is nothing to do but hand over the parcel and it's done! Popped back in 4 hours later to check if they were Happy the system had "updated" or whatever and the parcel has now vanished. And was ordered back to the counter so the man could raise his voice only to then be ordered out of the shop by the exceptionally rude husband of the woman earlier. I mean, make up your mind. Sincerely recommend if these two clearly hate the line of work as much as it comes across they do. They'd be much more fulfilled just packing it in and doing something else.. at the very least some training in how the processes and systems work might make things go a bit smoother.

   Turned up to collect my parcels , however wasn’t open but according to their opening times outside the shop, it should have been open. Having to leave and not collect because they were shut when not expected to be means I now will have my parcels sent back! As I can’t collect until after my working hours .

   Like the other reviews doesn't deserve one star. I don't think I have ever had a positive experience in this shop. The shop owners have 0 customer service skills and are very rude and aggrogant. AVOID
