Never had to complain about a haircut before but this was honestly one of the worst. Felt rushed and noticed the barber had very shaky hands which led to an uneven finish. Final result was embarrassing and I had to go to another barber first thing the next day as it looked that awful.
Worst haircut I’ve ever had! My beard lines are different lengths on either side of my face and he hasn’t even faded it. The guy cut me in my neck when using the cut throat razor and then had the audacity to charge £30 Lesson learnt from me! Never going back!
I strongly advise avoiding this Barber. Terrible uneven haircut, nostril wax was so hot it burnt my skin ripped out a large part of my moustache because the guy doing it did not seem to have any idea what he was doing, cost way too much too
I recently moved to Rugby and was looking for a salon I could visit regularly for monthly haircuts. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. I went on a Friday evening, an hour before closing, and the person cutting my hair seemed visibly frustrated and rushed. He didn’t listen to what I wanted, finished the haircut in just 5 minutes, and even ended up cutting the skin on the back of my neck seemingly out of frustration about working close to closing time. Please see the attached photo. I’m a friendly person and have never complained about a haircut in my life, but this experience was genuinely upsetting. I still paid via bank transfer without any complaint, so I have proof of the visit. I’m leaving this review to help others avoid a similar experience. I won’t be returning.
Regular here, they take care with my sons hair as he has a rat tail hes kept for years, recognise us both and usually pretty quick pricing is reasonable too
Hit and miss. I went there recently and the guy that cut my hair didn’t speak any English, as a result my hair cut wasn’t great as I wasn’t able to clearly communicate what I was looking for. Other times I have been there and it’s been okay. But at £12 a haircut you get what you pay for I guess.
Attended this barbers while I was on business to rugby, was very happy. Decently priced, the guy who did mine was nice and friendly. And the hair cut and beard trim was good. Would definitely attend again if I’m up there with the time.
Since 2020 till now they done an amazing job and still doing, but they hire a new guy without experience and skills and just ruin my day and my haircut. Never go back. I attached my 'skin fade' in comm which was totally different and bad today.
