   The older chap in the barbers completely ignored my instructions. He pretty much dumped a bucket of water on my head before cutting it into a completely different style to what was discussed. I complained and he said he would charge me £30 instead of £24. The guy cut my hair so fast, he showed no care or attention and seemed like he was in a huge rush. The beard trim was also extremely uneven and rushed. I have been a customer at this particular barbers for over 5 years now. Avoid this man at all costs, they have lost a customer for life.

   I recently visited Magic Scissors and had a really disappointing experience. It felt like the barber was in a hurry and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I asked for a specific cut, but he ended up cutting my hair way too short. It seemed like he was just rushing to finish, without paying attention to what I actually wanted. To make things worse, there was no styling or setting done after the cut, no gel or anything to finish it off. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied and won’t be returning.

   dont waste your money anywhere in Rugby,iv tried them all,Magis Scisors is the place to go,staff go out of there way & time to make sure its what YOU want and not what they want to give you!! I have Ida cut my hair,but all the men are more than capable.its a good price and the best barbers around

   The guys at MS are incredibly welcoming and customer service is always impeccable. I have been using this barbers every other week since I moved to Rugby 3 years ago and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the guys are super skilled in my chosen style which is a skin fade. In addition, my late brother had high special needs and the guys were OUTSTANDING with him on every visit. Patient, compassionate, warm and friendly. They took him from his haircut being a traumatic experience to an enjoyable one which he looked forward to. Thank you guys, he appreciated you all so so much. If you need a new barbers, go for it! It’s just like visiting friends!!!

   Won't be returning unfortunately. This is a shame because I've been going here for years but they've completely ruined my hair this time around. I've been growing it out on top and following regimes to make it longer and to style ot how I want it. After going in to ask for a tidy up on the sides and nothing taken off the top, they chopped most of my hair off the top of my head. It has completely ruined my style. After returning home and washing my hair I discovered it had not been layered and has just be chopped completely. Very unhappy and my hair now looks ridiculously short and is very uneven. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend as some of the barbers are very lazy.
