Incredibly friendly and inviting. First time going to Coco's. I was warmly welcomed and was seen to straight away. I have a "flinch" issue and Emily was lovely, took her time and reassured me. I was extremely happy with the results and will definitely be going back. Thank you Emily for your patience with me.
I've been coming to coco hair and beauty for my past few hair appointments and always leave really pleased. I find for a half head highlights, cut and blow dry its very reasonable price. My hair always looks so fresh and healthy after I've been here, they get the colour spot on everytime. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Ellie is beyond incredible, my hair always looks lush whenever I have an appointment with her, I always come out so happy. Wouldn’t trust anyone else, she’s truly gifted. I have no complains whatsoever and I completely recommend her to anyone. I look forward to my hair appointments so much just because I feel so great during and after, such a special experience!
My partner had surprised me by booking treatments before my birthday. After having my hair trimmed a few weeks before ( which was a lovely cut) I had no reservations in returning. The staff made me feel embarrassed about the whole day. They laughed that my partner had no clue what he was booking, He had booked a semi permanent colour which I was talked out of by stylist, I had a hair treatment instead. He'd booked nails toes and hands, eyelash extensions and eyebrows tint plus spray tan. I only had my hair treated, spray tan and gels on my finger nails and was charged the same amount. Staff rude! I won't be returning. Rude group of ladies, as a business owner myself I would not be happy with the lack of customer service.
Made an appointment at this salon on the back on a recommendation and was not disappointed. I am so happy with my new colour - Calum did such an amazing job! Professional and knowledgeable - felt that I was in safe hands from start to finish.
