   Had a couple of experiences now where i’ve been asked to change appointment times last minute or appointments have been cancelled at very short notice. Turned up to be told they’d tried to call me in the morning to let me know my afternoon appointment was cancelled. no message had been left. Maybe I’ve been very unlucky but these recent experiences have put me off using again due to concern will be let down.

   Awful experience today. Booking was changed to trainee who didn't know how to do a classic manicure after specifically Booking a nail technician to do my holiday nails. After speaking to someone who i hoped would resolve the issue, it was made worse by no apology or solution but explaining the young girl just out of school didn't know what she was doing and the young man who made my Booking also didn't do it properly. Very upsetting. Dreadful customer service

   Another fantastic job today by Kats Claws - a beautifully appointed and pristine salon. I have used this salon regularly for nails, pedicure and eyebrow shape & tint for over 5 years. Kat and her team are professional, talented & welcoming. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for always delivering to expectation.

   I've been going to Kats Claws for over 15 years....love this salon and the loyalty of the girls there. Kat is one in a million, nothing is to much trouble, her staff are the best you can employ. Everyone is treated with such care. Would never go anywhere else.

   I've spent years trying beauty salons in Cardiff and never found one I was completely happy with until I recently visited Kats Claws. The team take professionalism and customer service to a whole new level, I wish I'd visited sooner. Deb did a fantastic spa pedicure and even freshened up my gel fingernails for me. Every member of the team were super friendly from the moment I walked through the door to make my first appointment. Some businesses deserve a detailed and glowing review and Kats Claws is one of them.
