I am so thrilled with my new nails! I came into the salon with long, damaged and heavy nails. I was so concerned about having them done again. Lisa gave me honest feedback, informing me of the best option in order to fix them - not telling me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear - the expertise is top notch and they REALLY care. The most wonderful thing, is that I walked out elated with the final result. My nails are gorgeous, unique, wonderfully created but at the same time healthy, renewed and strong, I'm elated! The team is so welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and talented - a true gem! I would highly recommend them!
Best experience in a nail salon that I have had . Both Katie and Lisa are professional,friendly and chatty.Made the experience great.Highly recommend .
It was a mixed experience, but overall disappointing. The nail art was actually really good and the beauticians provided great colour recommendations. It wasn't however the professional, relaxing experience I look for in a nail appointment. The appointment also took 2 and a half hours (they were 40 minutes late seeing me). Also it wasn't even cheap (£25 for a gel manicure).
