   I’ve been here a few times before and usually I never have anything to complain about. This time I’m quite disappointed. I booked in for a pedicure. I was asked to come in earlier than my appointment which I couldn’t do unfortunately. I was sat down at 6:25 and left at about 7:10 pm. This is much faster than my previous visits. Normally I leave feeling like I’ve got new feet. This time the technician scrubbed for less than 2 minutes. I’ve had to buy a foot scrub and scrub more myself. I wasn’t given the colour chart I was just asked what colour I wanted, the nail paint itself is quite patchy. I was the only customer left in the salon and once I’d sent the money I was just told ‘okay, bye’ I’ve just spent £45 on something that’s not finished as I’ve had to do some scrubbing myself. I’m actually quite disheartened about this as I would usually be really happy. I’m appreciative they managed to get me in during a busy period on late notice but if I’ve paid for a service I would expect to receive the full service. I’ve given 3 stars as I have been happy with previous visits. But on this occasion I would give 1 star.

   It was my first time at this salon last week and wow! The first nail salon where I’ve felt comfortable and assured my nails were going to be done well, I was given tea and everyone was very chatty, they always reply on Facebook quite quickly aswell and very good pricing I’m very happy with the service. Well done for everyone at the salon you work very hard. This will now be my regular salon!!! Xx

   The women are so lovely here! They're so skillfull and talented too! I asked for thinner acrylics because I don't like the look of bulkier nail extensions and honestly they were perfect. I am now on my third week of these nails and I will be booking back in with the spa shortly! I can't rate their skills highly enough. The only thing I could suggest to improve this spa is potentially some background music in the salon and a pricelist available online? By far the most talented nail artist I have been to in my almost 30 years and now the only place I will go to get my nails done in the future. Worth every (reasonably) priced penny.

   Absolutely loved my experience with these precious ladies. Great customer service and so happy with my pedicure and manicure massage done by Vi. Clean, professional and very accommodating. Definitely recommend and shall be booking again soon. Lovely peaceful ambience x

   I’ve been with this amazing woman for over 3 years and I always receive the perfect nails! All the other nail salons I’ve been to my nails used to always brake or fall off after a few weeks, Thi stated doing my nails at stylistic in town and I have never had a problem! She has now opened her own shop TO Nails Spa THEY ARE Offering 40% OFF FOR LIMITED TIME ONLY! So get in while you can!

   The staff are BRILLIANT! They were so attentive offering drinks throughout the time I was there. My appointment took a while but that's because the man doing my nails wanted them to be perfect, which they are! Cannot fault my nails at all! He also went to great lengths to make sure my sister was 100% happy with the colour she requested and made other suggestions he thought would work. Nothing was too much trouble.

   Wasn’t too happy with the service and the nails. Asked for marble design on my ring finger and got this instead. The staff was really passive aggressive and they left product on my nail bed. I asked for them to wipe the residue off my skin and they said it should come off in a day or two. Not a nice experience to leave the nail salon with untidy nails. Overall awkward experience.
