   ****SCAM ON CHRISTMAS SAVINGS CARDS**** Pay into this all year round, Asda generating interest on this, go to use the card in store, to be told there are restrictions on what you can buy?!? Asked for the funds then to be refunded, can't do that either, complete SCAM. Oh BTW, seems this is covered by tint tiny writing in their Ts and Cs - be careful

   Went to take a prescription told it would be 40 mins to 1 hour so I said leave it. Went to my local pharmacy they said it’s being processed by ASDA. Tried ringing the store multiple times no answer put through to there help desk they were shockingly unhelpful, very poor customer service.

   One of the worst Asda I've ever visited. I give the customer service "0" point. They don't care about you even if you are waiting for a long time in their Customer Service desk. They ignore customers waiting for them and keep talking with other team members. Mark is one of the most worst and irresponsible person in their team. He just knows the words of "I don't know ", "It's not my responsibility", "I can't do it right now", or simply just doesn't answer you. That's it. You really need to do some action about these kind of behaviour towards your customers.

   So my order got "cancelled due to technical difficulties"which we all know is code for "we didn’t actually want to honor the offers I managed to grab before they expired." I ordered just in time, they didn’t like it, so they pulled the plug on the order. The excuse is pathetic. They must honestly think customers are stupid.

   What a dump. Only three propper checkouts (and 1 of them was closing) the rest are the self scan ones that are more bother than they're worth. Guess Asda just want to get rid of their staff and replace them with machines. Asked for cash back but they don't do it at the checkout, only at the self scan ones. Really?! Asked about cash machines but was told they were probably empty. Just a dump. I think I'll stick to Sainsburys.

   Online orders are getting worse. This week I had three wrong items (not substitutes) and bread with very short date. The prices shown on the app increase when you put items in the basket, making comparing products almost impossible. Considering not renewing delivery plan.

   Good customer service lovely lady on checkouts this evening who noticed our bag had split so got us a new bag and helped us pack our shopping. Also a good store has plenty of good organic vegetables too.
