   Used to be my go to, but has since gone down hill. Noticed freezer problems for a while. I have many food safety concerns for the freezer section. Very often food I have bought, even from normal looking shelves, are opened to reveal freezer burn, even ice cream I bought from there was freezer burnt and every bite was like crunching icicles. A wide range of products, sadly none of which edible. Makes me concerned for fridge products too. I have ended up switching majority of my shopping to Asda.

   The lights in the carpark at night time are hardly worth a mention. Most of the carpark is extremely dark with darker shadows. I wouldn't feel happy walking across the area on my own. These photos are showing the area to be brighter than it is. I always try to park near the door.

   What has happened to Sainsburys Keighley? It used to be a smart, well run, well stocked store that was a pleasure to shop in and despite there being several other supermarkets much closer to home we chose to do our weekly shop here. But recently it's becoming very shabby, boxes piled up, cluttering aisles, shelves poorly stacked, frequently not stocking many of the items on the nectar price rewards app. And this Saturdays disastrous shop was saved only by the lovely, patient and run off their feet staff, who confessed that there were now not enough of them to keep the store looking and running it's best. The self scanner just refused to work, losing our entire weekly shop, if these two members of staff hadn't been so understanding and patient, despite being run off their feet, both of us would have simply walked out leaving our shopping and gone to another supermarket. It's a mess, untidy, poorly stocked shelves and no sign of a management team, it won't be long until we look elsewhere for our weekly shop!

   Good sized supermarket in the centre of the town. Supermarket has a large car park that allows you two hours parking. The produce is of high standard and bargains can be had if you visit later in the day.

   Typical supermarket but please check your price at the tills against what they are saying on the shelves as they advertise products at one price on the shelf and then charge more at the till. Please check if you are able to remember each items shelf price against what they charge because they are making thousands of pounds a day on false advertising Taking people's hard earned money slyly Allwayz d×

   Lovely store. Staff are always friendly. Layout works well. One of the smaller supermarkets in town but has just as much packed in to it.

   Online delivery Very reliable service. If you book a saver slot, it's a 4hr window but they text you a one hour window on the day and arrive during this time so in the end you didn't have to wait around for 4 hrs. They help you unpack if you want too and are very polite.
