   Hi I have been in Burhani Hardware yesterday to make a new lock. I receive outstanding service with outstanding quality (I mean the job was dome with the proper care and attention to the details). It would be 5 stars because quality is really good in this place. The only problem was communication. I am woman and I felt patronised in this place. It cant work like this you can not assume for what purpose somebody is make a lock and speak down to womens like we would be an idiots without common sense to not keep documents in other place than safe. It really didn't feel all right to be patronised this way because you are not my directors to directing where am I suppose to keep document. Let the womens stay independent its very important to not speak down to us because you don't possess us. direct your Wifes what to make with falls assumptions which you have about their intentions not ladies who come to your shop to support your business. Right in two and no ck. You should be more carefull to not crossing personal bounderies of womans who are coming. Except that patronising dynamic nuanse rest of customer service comunication was really allright - it was respectfull, not intrusive, carefull and friendly and like I mentined earlier the quality of work made is outstanding so keep it well. right in two.
