My first visit to Ice today, really friendly! Melissa is nothing short of an alchemist and has completely blended and sorted out my messy home dyed hair, shout out the lovely Daisy who took so much care rinsing and conditioning ❤️ Highly recommend
Went in to the salon on Thursday I waited 15 mins for the hairdressers to acknowledge me no hello no conversation totally ignored so I walked out Such a shame the owner is lovely
Had a lovely hair cut with Ellie this afternoon lovely lady I'm so pleased with my hair she also corrected my fringe which I cut myself not very well , my first time coming here definitely be going back staff lovely and friendly. x

Fantastic experience at Ice Hair Team today. I hadn't had a haircut for 2 years, but had a fantastic cut from Ellie today and also great advice going forward of how to treat my hair, excellent customer care and will definitely go back next month x

Really unprofessional, the attitude I encountered is the type that should he left at High school and not the place you want to spend your money either. I do not recommend. They cannot take onboard honest feedback left on social media and will argue with you of you do leave one that isn't 5 stars or even if you leave a screenshot with proof. I have had to block them. I used this service a few years ago and said i may come back and now I have changed my mind due their behavior on social media along with that random people I imagine their workers friends and clients also decided to leave unsavory comments, they allowed this on their page. Like I said unprofessional spend your hard earned money somewhere they do not act this way and actually listen to you.
Each one of the staff went above and beyond to help. The final result was superb (and I forgot to tip them at the end ). They acted as if they really enjoyed the experience.My colleague and I certainly did! Sophie is excellent, but then they were all exceptionally helpful. It felt like a team effort. All in ali, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ice to anyone. Cheap too! Dr. Wynford Thomas
