We purchased a Shower enclosure from Scott at Pochin's Leicester St Georges after he had advised us which would be the best for our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and we are extremely happy with our purchase, he also got us out of a mess as the plumber was meant to have organised the delivery but he forgot but Pochin's delivered the next day at 8.30am ! This is the second time we have used Pochin's the first 18 years ago which shows the quality of their goods as we only replaced the bath with a shower for our ease of use. I would highly recommend Pochin's not only are their products second to none but their service is also the best both Terry and Scott are brilliant
Excellent work on our main bathroom and two cloak rooms. I wanted to thank Terry for his work helping to create and design our perfect bathrooms/cloak rooms. He adapted the way he worked to speak to me over FaceTime and via email as I was not always in Leicester to be able to visit the showroom. The team were brilliant in the house and did their best to answer all questions, make adaptions when appropriate and they worked in a very tidy way. Our family are all so pleased with what your team have been able to do. You have transformed the bathrooms! We are so grateful to Terry and his team. I highly recommend this branch and team.
What fantastic service we received from Terry Slater at the Leicester Branch, having been to a few other companies and coming away with no inspiration. Terry listened to what design we had in mind and gave us some great ideas and options to stay within our budget. It makes a refreshing change not to be rushed, as we did change our mind a few times before coming to the final design. Please pass on our thanks to Terry. Used Pochin for the redesign and fitting of a new bathroom in our new house. Small bathroom in Victorian terraced house that needed a rethink in terms of layout and space. Dealt with Nick throughout who was brilliant at figuring out what we needed and helped a lot. Provided regular updates throughout. Really impressed with the finished product. Highly recommended.
