   Love the product, used it for the last 20 years on lots of different projects. Bit disappointed that when we returned some Millboard decking and changed it for a different colour, still awaiting a refund on the returned product. How long do you have to wait for a refund ?    Best company I’ve ever dealt with; speak to very polite and knowledgeable people at the company, not call centre, who always answer in less than a minute. I have spoken to a number of different people there, depending on what my question has been. I actually get to speak to the designer in person, if I need to, or if it’s not such a specific question, one of the other phone operatives will answer fully. It’s absolutely astonishing and really very life affirming, to know there is still a company like this which seems to genuinely care an awful lot about their customers. Thank you, 10/10.

   Great examples and displays of the various Millboard products and how they can be used in various applications. The sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful and offered good advice. Well worth attending and came away with some good ideas for promotion of the products.

   First class product. Absolutely love it. Nice and thick solid stable boards - no warping, twisting or shanks you get with wood. Easy to install and easy to maintain - just wipe clean - no more painting. Love the fixing design - as you install the screws- the decking seals over the hole so you don't get any visible fixings. Certainly worth the extra money. Happy customer
