Faultless experience buying from here. The manager and staff excellent knowledge, very patient and gave lots of different options and opinions which were very helpful. On collection equally helpful even loading all tiles in car. Would definitely recommend buying from here and will definitely be returning.

Rude staff in goods in office
Got the tiles for my kitchen on Sunday 25th April. The two lads were very helpful, professional and polite and also friendly.
They're OK but they could offer free delivery when you order nearly 1000 of goods in store instead of being made to pick up. Also the lighting in the showroom is way to bright it is off putting when trying to look at tiles. Staff seem friendly enough and aren't pushy.
Staff seem friendly and helpful, with a large selection of floor ideas.
