   My experience at Jewson’s this morning was great. The staff were really helpful. The two guys in the warehouse not only sorted out EXACTLY what I needed but they did it really quickly and even cut the board I needed there and then! Hats off to them and thank you!

   Do not believe their computer when ordering on-line it has zero relationship with reality. Ordered fence panels at one of the 2 Jewsons in town. The on-line stock said only 5 in stock so needing 8 I ordered 3 from the other shop. Arrived to find they had lots and I could have had all from one shop. Took the 5 (could only carry 5) Went to other shop for 3 and they only had 2! So had to go back to first shop for another. What a bloody fiasco.

   I called in to Graham the Plumber's at this site today. What a complete shambles they are !!! Their customer service was appalling; the guy behind counter was more interested in reading his book than answering my question. They did not stock basic plumbing products and the advice he gave me proved to be wrong. I will not be going back anytime soon
