Today I've just had the best customer experience ever. I went into the shop towards closing time looking for a suitable drill for the job I was doing and Mollie and Henry took their time to explain and show me the different types of drills, how they work, their advantages and disadvantages. They were very knowledgeble, patient and professional. I really recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Brilliant service and friendly staff, only nipped in on the off chance they might have what I needed and they did. I was looking before online through other companies and they were charging £10-£15 got mine from screwfix for £1.69. Eat that competitor's. Wasn't all about the price the staff we're really great people
What more could you want? Fast, helpful and friendly service. Being one of the bigger stores in the local area, there's less chance of something being out of stock, with a large car park and ample space for larger vehicles.
