   Very bad experience . 3-5 working days delivery. Reserved an email will be delivered on the fifth day,make sure two people are available. On the day received a call with slot 3-5p.m make sure you are there otherwise will be charged for second delivery . Nothing happened on the day no delivery no update. The delivered the skylights 5 days after that. Very disappointed bad communication bad management. It cost me a lot of money!!!

   Had a few rooflights fitted as part of extension last year and really happy with them. Didn't think to leave a review until recently as we hadn't had any direct contact. However, last month, the one electric opening skylight stopped working. We hadn't placed the original order (our builder did) so didn't have the proof of purchase but they were happy to look up order from the details we did have and confirmed product still under warranty. They then chased up the supplier and arranged for an engineer to come out to resolve. Everything fixed under warranty and now working again. Really happy with the customer service and the fact Nicola took ownership of the problem to get it sorted. Thank you.

   We ordered a 1.2m long roof light online , as opposed to the 1.2m wide roof light also available on the website. The roof light arrived and was 1.2m wide and 900mm long. It could only be hung in this direction and as it turns out is the only option for this roof light. Not only have roof depot have failed to offer any explanation as to why the website offers the two separate options, but they expect us to pay £600 to return it, despite us being local and offering to drive it back to them. Due to financial and time constraints we are now having to change our roof design to accommodate the lights which were not as described.

   Just brilliant! Placed an online order for a roof kit, expecting to see it as and when it might arrive. Less than 36 hours later it was delivered to my door and at a price that beat every body else. In some cases by over 50%. Thoroughly recommend.
