   I recently had a tattoo done by Alex. The entire experience was amazing. Her and a the staff were incredibly friendly and they made the whole experience comfortable for me. She guided me through the design work until I was happy and she displayed constant patience and understanding, as I wasn’t certain of what I wanted going in. The design itself was perfect and the result was even better. This was an all round incredible experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to get their next tattoo. 5/5, highly recommended

   The only place I will go in Cardiff to get my haircut. A professional job in a friendly relaxed environment amongst lovely people. Also, the only place I have ever gone or will ever go for tattoos. Shaun's portraits really are something else and the customer service doesn't end when you walk out of the door. A place I was recommended and a place I will gladly recommend.

   Rich was amazing with my hair! From the moment I walked in, I felt really comfortable in the salon, being offered a cold drink on a very hot day! Rich completely understood what I wanted and my hair type and I felt super comfortable throughout. I had shoulder length hair cut to a soft mullet, and have since had so many compliments about how much it suits me. It is definitely the best hair cut I have ever had, and I feel so much more like me. I am so pleased to have found my new hairdresser and salon. Thanks so much!!!!

   Had a longish pixie crop when I arrived, asked for a trim but walked out with a wonky tiny fringe and very short hair on top. The hair that came over the side of my head was cut off with clippers in the first 30 seconds, so now I'm left with a very short pixie cut. It'll take at least 3 months to grow back what has been lost. Have attempted to talk to the manager but have simply been ignored.

   My mum came for her very first tattoo at the age of 63. She was bit nervous at first but the tattooist Karol who done tattoo was reassuring her and talking to her. My mum absolutely loves her tattoo is now wanting to get a second one. I highly recommend going here for tattoo they are absolutely brilliant
