   If you enjoy standing like a ornament at a self checkout waiting for a member of staff that’s nowhere to be seen or heard because they’re too busy stacking shelves and rabbiting on the opposite side of the shop to hear you, then this is the place for you! Tesco’s garbage. Cost cutting leads to understaffing and terrible customer service. There’s a Spar around the corner. Little bit cheaper, actually has staff that will serve you

   Three stars given for the helpful female member of staff on the checkout who was a credit to the store, despite being the only one serving customers. However there did not seem to be enough staff on duty to serve customers. Despite customers queuing to be served a staff member continued to be stacking shelves instead of opening another checkout. On a busy Saturday afternoon more staff is needed to prevent long waits to customers .

   Disgusting service from the Asian women with the long plait today in your store. My child was helping me hold a ten pack of beers for my partner as I am heavily pregnant (he offered and this was not heavy by itself) and I had a basket full of other stuff and she took it off him and dropped them in my basket and said he couldn’t carry them! I thought it was absolutely disgusting and so did others in the store. You have also now hurt my side because of this. I’d get it if I was giving him a can to drink or pay but holding them? You need sacking if you’re reading this!

   Rude and completely unhelpful staff. Had to get signed out on a pay by card machine today and I was pleasant, saying thank you (twice) the look on her face and nothing in response as she trudged back to her cauldron. Do they get trained in manners? Also the till server was very unhelpful. Won't be going back!

   Extortionate prices! And don't quite get why it changed to a Tesco Express from a One Stop as they're both Tesco.

   The staff here do not care about customers. I waited, over 5/6 minutes to be served. Only for the cahier to look at me, and then proceed to fix the broken self checkout to till (which was not being used, nor was anyone waiting to use it) She rudely passed by me, the other cashier, did not have the courtesy to even acknowledge me, I had to wait another minute while she had a chat and couldn't be bothered to call me over. When I stepped to the cash desk she looked like she was angry that I had done so. Not a smile, nor any niceties, she begrudgingly took my money. This place was good, till Tesco took it over.
