they had roaches all over the place and the shopkeeper tried to take me to the back room to scrap after harassing me, he pushed my baby into the main road nearly killing her then asked me if I wanted a £2 off on my next shop absolutely disgraceful do not visit here
Refused order to driver after taking money and accepting from app. Rude and dismissive over the phone. No offer to help or rectify the situation
Ordered from this store with deliveroo. Accepted the order and let the driver get there before telling the driver he had none of my items and I needed to sort that. Phoned the store to check and was blatantly lied to about him not having done that. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, was rude and dismissive on the phone. This store needs to be removed from delivery apps. Don't buy from here.
Ordered 2 bottles of wine and eggs which were £2.55. got one bottle of wine and £1.00 eggs. Can't contact to complain. Ripped me off big time.
