Most unfriendly dismissive staff. Went to drop off a DPD parcel. We found them on the DPD website, when we arrived we were told that they did not do DPD, and were practically chased out the store, no sorry we haven't done DPD for ages you could try just so unhelpful and rude. No need to treat anyone like that.
The staff are so lovely and helpful at all times, will always inform us of the best offers so we go at least twice a day. Best shop around! Also stocks high end alcohol products for great prices!
Personally, I think this local store is marvellous. It's location is brilliant, being right by the bus-stop in Jubilee Can, plus housing the Post Office towards the back of the shop. Pricing is reasonable & staff accomodating. Most household essentials are available & fairly priced. It's no wonder that Costcutter has survived & continue to serve the locals.
