This person never takes yodel big parcels. I had no trouble dropping parcels off anywhere else except this person. Always denies my large yodel parcels. Yodel should take their drop off centre off this shop.

The customer service is not helpful at all, I went to return a parcel ,the man at the register is laying he said they don't print labels I have to print at the post office then bring it back that I went there before the lady printed it for me, but this man told me they don't print labels I asked wy then he said he will explain then started ignoring me, even though the website said they can print labels. This man sent me back twice today saying we don't print labels
Great customer service and reasonable prices
I ordered tables from very to this shop as click n collect was free. I went to the shop twice and they said they haven't recieved the tables but the following I has an email to say thank you for collecting your parcel. Very have been very helpful but do not trust this shop.
No matter how late u can get what u want in this shop.
The owner is really friendly and nice.
The man at the counter was rude refused to give me my Amazon parcel when I showed him the invoice and the receipt I bought an item from Amazon delivered in the store. He kept asking for barcode when I could only view my receipt and it has the shop address and proof. I came from far away just to get my parcel by Uber. What a waste of time and money. Horrible service!
