   We have had dodgy food from this store multiple times, chicken that was obviously left out of the fridge too long and curdled cream cheese that was still in date. The reasoning for these things happening is staff leave food on stock trolleys for too long before getting them in the fridge causing the food to go bad due to not being kept cold. It's laziness and it's shocking people can get poorly from these silly mistakes and it's not right.

   The Partner experience as an Uber Driver that I received from the Manager Paul was absolutely 100% commendable. I’d unfortunately mixed up an order and needed to rectify my mistake. Upon returning to Tescos & explaining to the Manager, he was exceptionally understanding & assisted in the rectification after throughly checking all the information was correct. Paul was instrumental in ensuring that Tescos customer received the customer experience they’d paid for, above and beyond by working in partnership with an Uber Deliver driver. Totally fantastic experience and he should be a bench mark for other stores and the wider industry as a whole.

   Very convenient convenience shop in kenilworth as it’s open past 10pm till 11pm. Staff are always friendly and it’s clean and well presented inside. Useful for grabbing supplies when finishing shift work for us that can’t go at more normal times! Plenty of parking outside too. Highly recommended.

   Called in today, shop has a 1 way system and the floor clearly marked with distance lines. The staff however were blocking isles chatting and actually laughed when I indicated I needed to pass at a safe distance. The comment "needs to get a life" was made in earshot.. The most disgusting display of ignorance I've seen. Feel free to contact me. Ridiculous behaviour.

   Why is it June is the only member of staff that is always cheerful and friendly . Jusy been in and three members of staff stacking freezers. Asked a civil question and got a sharp reply. Kevin flew round to the back of the counter like someone possessed just for a set of steps narrowly missing a customer. He is always miserable and if serving I leave the shop.
