I am really disappointed with customer services. Old Londis on St Saviours Rd is now Raj Superstore but the lady at the till is extremely rude and incompetent and does not know how to behave with customers.
I went into this shop the shop was very nicely stocked and the staff was so friendly. The items that got my attention the most was yodeyma perfumes there range was so big and brilliant.
Card payment machine always out of order. They expect you to withdraw cash from the post office counter to pay for goods in the shop.
Sold me out of date stock on many occasions, had to go to A&E and rported to Leicester City Council Avoid like the plague. My mother bought a packet of spuds and they all were rotten and had infestation.
I gave them a call to find out wether they can help with updating my drivers license and the staff here are very polite and helpful.
JUST GO TO FROZEN WORLD FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT YAZOOS AND TIP TOPS CHEAP. I went in to the shop as a regular person would, as otherwise the owners wouldn't get money. I walk around the store resisting the temptation to buy something even though the Mr.Freeze ice lollies were 10p and the 4pk yazoos were for a £1.00 but when I leave without buying anything the twit at the front says I've "stolen a drink so come to the side..." I was appalled as I was fasting so that would be a great sin. So when I was finally let go out of spite I went to Frozen World and bought a 5×30g Flapjack pack for a pound along with 5×30g sesame snaps.
